Paper IRB submission forms updated

Please note that many of the paper IRB submission forms have been updated and no longer include the box to select a meeting for submission review.  Submissions will continue to be reviewed based on the date the form is submitted to the IRB Office.  This will not delay or change review time for any submissions.  For information regarding meeting dates and deadlines, please see https://irb.ufl.edu/irb01/irb-01/deadlines.html
