Anyone who is listed as an investigator (PI, Co-PI, or sub-I) automatically has access to the IRB's Web-Based Tracking System IF we have your UF ID number in our system. If you cannot log into the system with your Gatorlink information you can e-mail your UF ID number to the appropriate IRB or use the UF ID Update form.

Obviously University policy prohibits users from sharing Gatorlink passwords. Other staff (administrative/research) can gain access to the system if a PI notifies us to add them as "other" (note: this only grants access to web tracking - it does not authorize these individuals to engage in the research such as obtain consent, perform study procedures, collect/analyze data, etc). PIs can do one of the following:

(1) send an e-mail to the appropriate IRB (IRB-01, IRB-02, or IRB-03) that lists (a) the names and UF ID #s of the people to be added as "other"and (b) the studies to add them to.

(2) send a letter to the appropriate IRB (IRB-01, IRB-02, or IRB-03) that lists (a) the names and UF ID #s of the people to be added as "research coordinators" and (b) the studies to add them to.

(3) submit the UF ID Update form.
