The Behavioral/NonMedical IRB (IRB02) is responsible for reviewing and monitoring social-behavioral human subjects research conducted at the University of Florida.
The IRB-02 can review research conducted by investigators working within all colleges of the University of Florida, including the UF Main Campus, UF Health Science Center.
The IRB-02 cannot review research that involves human subjects research involving medical treatments, HIPAA-protected personal health information, FDA regulated research, research involving nurses, and the VA.
